If you need to exchange your item, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund (excluding delivery) within 14 days. Please email us and we will help organize the return and check the availability of stock if you are seeking an exchange.
Return shipping costs are payable by the customer
For both returns and exchanges, we accept only unworn items, with tags attached.
We can only process your refund after we have received the returned goods. A refund may take 3-5 days for your bank to process.
If you have any problems with the product and if you believe that your item has a fault in manufacturing, please send us an e-mail email@example.com, which will indicate the complaint about the product, 3-4 photos if possible, and your order number.
